The Fighting Irish

The fighting Irish is one of the most exciting college football teams in the United States. All of their fans pay a large amount of money just to get their hands on the tickets to attend their games.

On November 18, 2008, the Army Black Knights came to play against them, and each of the Fighting Irish fans paid from 175 to 880 dollars per ticket just for a seat to watch this game. The week before that, the Fighting Irish played against UCLA with another huge crowd. At the game against the North Carolina Tar Heels, all the Fighting Irish fans paid similar prices. It seems that the fans will pay any amount of money to see their favorite team beat their rivals.

The Fighting Irish rank eleventh in the nation, and they work hard as a team to maintain that rank. They have played many games against Navy, and for the last two generations, they have won every game that has been played with them. They have the second highest percentage of games won, right behind Michigan. They also have the biggest number of players that go on to play in the National Football League in the country.

They have had only twelve losing seasons out of the 118 seasons that they have played football. The Fighting Irish have also produced the most All Americans of any college football team.
